Your customers' details stay in Canada

Most answering services route your calls, and your callers' details, through servers in another country. That is the reason we built this one here.

Last updated 17 August 2026

  1. 01

    The short version

We collect what we need to answer your phone and bill you for it, we keep it in Canada, and we do not sell it to anybody.

  2. 02

    What we collect from you

Your name, business name, email, phone number, and the details you give us about how your business runs so the agent can answer correctly.

  3. 03

What we collect from your callers

The recording and transcript of the call, the number they rang from, and whatever they told the agent — usually a name, an address, a description of the problem and when they are free.

  4. 04

    Why we collect it

To answer calls as your business, to pass the job to you, to show you your call history, to support you when something goes wrong, and to bill you. Nothing else.

  5. 05

    Where it is stored

In Canada. Our database is hosted in the Canada Central region and our company is owned and operated in Alberta. Your callers' details do not leave the country in the ordinary running of this service.

  6. 06

    Who else can see it

Our own team, when supporting your account. Our infrastructure providers, who process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. The speech provider that turns audio into text during a live call. Nobody else, and never an advertiser or data broker.

  7. 07

    How long we keep it

Call recordings and transcripts for as long as your account is open, unless you ask for a shorter window — we can set one per account. When you close your account we delete your data within thirty days, other than what we must keep for tax records.

  8. 08

    Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act within thirty days. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

  9. 09

    Your callers' rights

If one of your callers asks you to delete their information, tell us and we will remove the call, its recording and its transcript.

  10. 10

    Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored as readable text. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to support you.

  11. 11

    Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

  12. 12

    Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will email you before it takes effect.
